Boss Proposal

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

Boss Proposal is a private workspace that helps a proposal team turn government solicitations into task checklists. This page explains what information the app keeps and how it is used.

Information we keep

  • Your name, email address, and role in the workspace.
  • A scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store your actual password.
  • The solicitations, task lists, documents, and links your team uploads or adds, along with who added them and when.

Signing in with Google

If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and, for Google Workspace accounts, your organization's domain. We use this only to sign you in and, for approved organizations, to create your account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data.

How we use it

  • To let you and your teammates log in and work on proposals together.
  • To draft checklists: the text of an uploaded solicitation is sent to OpenAI, which reads it and returns a list of requirements. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models.

We do not sell your information, show ads, or share it with anyone else.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on our hosting provider, Railway, and is visible only to people logged in to the workspace. Workspace admins can download a backup of the workspace.

Removing your information

Ask your workspace admin to remove your account or any proposal or document. Once removed, it is deleted from the app.
